If for some reason, you still wish to return an item, please contact us before doing so.
We will gladly provide a refund under these conditions:
– Item(s) must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receipt of your order in its original, unused condition and in secure packaging. Please use our original packaging, if possible.
– Refund for the item purchase price will be processed once items are received and verified they are in original condition.
– No refund for shipping costs.
– All shipping costs are to be paid by you (the buyer).
– We highly recommend that you return the item(s) with Delivery Confirmation since we cannot provide you with a refund if we don’t receive the item(s). Obviously it’s not required, just highly recommended. Please provide the Delivery Confirmation number so we can track the item’s return.
